Everyday, there are thousands of homeless men and women who beg for money to buy food, water and general household goods in the streets of London. We both live in London and travel to the city centre regularly and it pains us to see the rise in numbers of these homeless.

Despite the stigmatisation towards the homeless, we will be providing basic necessities and some luxuries, instead of direct money, that you wouldn't normally find in a homeless survivor pack.

This fund will be open across both of our trips, this first road trip to North Wales and our second trip of 5 cities in 5 days to Italy at the start of July.

Why donate?

Two 19-year old best friends have decided to cross the breadth of the country in a 45 year old VW Beetle, with camping equipment loaded in the back, in an attempt to traverse 5 of the most dangerous roads (for a normal car) in the UK. We will cross the Cheddar Gorge, the Brecon Beacons and Snowdonia National Park, camping only.

The pack costs around £15 and we would like to help 40 homeless people.

The pack will consist of:
1 x Analogue Pocket Radio + 4 x AA/AAA batteries
1 x Unbranded jumper
1 x Map of London designating the free homeless shelters around the city
1 x 1 litre flask
40 x Tea bags
80g x Instant capuccino granules
25 x Sachets of white sugar
16 x Disposable plastic spoons
2 x Toothbrushes + 1 x Toothpaste tube
1 x Chewing Gum pack
3 x Flavoured Walkers crisps
3 x Chocolate bars
1 x French stick
1 x 2L bottle of water

We have thought long and hard about how our packs can impact the lives of homeless people and believe this list helps to improve the quality of their lives.
