I will be running a 10K on the 7th July as part of Tenby’s long course weekend and will be running for a local, non-profitable charity, “Get The Boys a Lift”. They are working to improve mental health within communities by raising funds for a couple of local charities with the idea to get people talking that not enough is being done for people suffering with mental health. With funds raised it means they can keep suicide lines open, fund therapeutic art classes as well as providing counsellors for people in rural farming communities.
