Hi! My name's Bethany, I'm 22 years old and have struggled with my mental health since my early teenage years. I've always wanted to help others and at the beginning of lockdown I decided to start sending free care packages to people struggling in the UK.

The care packages come with all sorts of goodies such as tea and coffee, cosmetics and activities. I wanted to make them fun instead of necessary.

These can be tailored for personal needs and are not just for people struggling with mental health. You can nominate someone deserving or ask for one for yourself.

So far I have made 100 plus packages for deserving people all around the UK, I would love to continue to make more for others that may be struggling.

Your donations will go directly into the care package fund to help me purchase more goodies to go into them or will be used to pay for postage to send them.
