Close friends of ours, as well as locals of the Waterside Flaming Grill pub have an 8 year old daughter with Mowat-Wilson Syndrome.
We are raising money to help purchase the nescasary equipment for her new kimba neo chair, to help with the mobility and assistance for Bethany.
Bethany has Mowat-wilson syndrome which is very rare with just under 200 known cases worldwide, she also has another syndrome which is unnamed. This effects bethany physically, mentally and has many health issues.
Bethany has multiple heart defects, Epilepsy, hypothyroidism, peg fed (through stomach), reg blind and has recurrent infections which effects kidneys. Chest and ears. She cannot sit unaided, walk or talk. Although she has all these issues she is a very happy little girl who can light up the room with her big smile and cute laugh.
