With just under 2 weeks until the start of our challenge, we are almost half way to our target amount. Thanks for your support so far! We have been training quite a lot- 3 climbs a week, but this will slow down the closer we get to the date so we don’t overdo it. Our hands are holding up, not as many flappers, and we’ve only had a few pulls here and there. We are hoping to do some live streams on the days, but if you want to come down and have a coffee, tea, cake or even join us for a climb, we will be made up to see you! Jen and Andy x

More training today at Climbing Hangar, matchworks. Trying out climbing with gloves- they feel a bit strange but have helped protect my hands, mostly. I have still managed to get a flapper on my finger 🙈 We are managing around 60 climbs in 30 minute intervals, followed by 10 mins off. We are working on a plan for the days we climb to make sure we get to the target. Wish us luck 👍 Jen and Andy
