Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust

As part of our master degree, we get the opportunity to visit Jersey Zoo and the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust. Durrell does some incredibly important work within conservation, especially with the Black Lion Tamarin

Durrell has been helping to conserve this species since they were rediscovered in the 1970s after being thought extinct. Through habitat restoration and captive breeding, Durrell has helped to reduced their listing from Critically endangered to endangered on the IUCN red list.

We want to help this project by offering Durrell a donation when we visit in January. If you could please give what you can and help this conservation trust continue their excellent work.
