Story
After complications during birth, Blake Clayton Smith was born with cerebral palsy. Blake is a very lucky boy to have two great parents, who are immensely proud of each step he takes and the progress that he is making. Blake is such a happy, sociable boy that enjoys life.
Blake will be 4 in a few weeks , to continue his development we're raising money for hydrotherapy equipment
