Hi my name is Mike Brennan.

In January 2016 I set up Bootle Action Group. I set the group up because I care about the community in which I live. Since its inception the group has gone from strength to strength and we are now a Community Interest Company registered on Companies House. We have a fantastic team of dedicated volunteers who meet on a regular basis to litter pick and clean up grot spots in our town. We are also passionate about the rich history and heritage of Bootle and are working to enhance and preserve this. In 2017 we organised Bootle's first outdoor Christmas event. Although we can achieve a lot with our amazing volunteers, we also need funding to achieve our aims. In November 2017 we planted over 2000 bulbs in Hillhead Gardens, which were all purchased by the local community. Without these donations of bulbs and money this would not have been possible.
Please consider donating to our cause. Every penny we raise is injected back into the Bootle community and to help us with our aim. We know there are people who would love to, but are unable to volunteer, for a multitude of reasons. Therefore we ask that if you can, would you please consider donating to our funds.
