As a group, we shall be taking part in different challenges to raise awareness for Maru a Pula School in Gaborone and the local outreach projects that they run. First off, we shall be running 10km along the Jurassic Coast. Ollie and Toby shall be doing a Half Marathon on the same course.

The money raised will be divided between making a contribution to the Maru a Pula orphan fund, which helps to pay for children orphaned by Aids to be educated at Maru a Pula and other projects during our visit to Botswana. It is not totally clear what we will be spending the money on yet but examples are fun workbooks for children in the children's hospital ward, clothes and games for the orphaned children in a Cheshire Home, paint to renovate houses in the home etc....Every penny raised will be spent in Botswana for a very good cause.
