Story
Aberconwy PHAB Club provides weekly activities for disabled people and people with learning disabilities, promotes integration with able bodied people,. There are five volunteers and twenty one members plus four support workers and we hold our weekly meetings at Ty Llywelyn Community Centre, Ffordd-yr-Orsedd, Llandudno LL0 1LA Monday 7-9pm
