In 2018, myself and 12 other students will be visiting schools and working with the students and staff there by teaching in primary and secondary schools, providing lesson plans and more. We will also be volunteering in a hospital and taking part in a new project that was done for the first time in 2016. The Salesians got together and renovated an orphanage in Moshi with new coats of paint and more comfortable pillows and blankets to create a more ‘homely’ environment for the children. Next year we hope to do something similar, perhaps on a grander scale.

In order to go, we have to raise £1800 each and £6000 as a group. This trip will be a valuable experience for both volunteers and the community of Moshi and all donations for expense of the trip and resources will be gratefully accepted.
