Story
This year I am travelling to Ngala, Malawi with some other students from Northampton School for Boys to build an additional maternity unit to support the local and wider community. There are only 4 beds in the current maternity ward, which is not suitable for the increasing demand of the community. In previous years the school has helped fundraise for and build a number of schools and medical centres.
This year we aim to raise over £7,500 to build the additional maternity unit, which we are trying to raise through various different fundraising events. This is on top of the initial cost of flights and accommodation, which I am aiming to fundraise for myself.
It would be great if you could help by making a donation, all help will be gratefully received. This year's project will leave a lasting legacy of the support NSB have given Malawi for over a decade, and it will also be a life changing experience for me.
