Story
At 10am Sunday 30th July we are taking part in a charity walk to raise awareness and money for the disadvantaged families in Bakod Village, Cambodia. This village is where Louisa and Kirsten spent 3 months volunteering teaching English and helping the community. The money raised will go towards helping the families in the rural village buy food, cooking items, maintenance work, medical needs as well as other necessities we take for granted.
We would love for you to come and join us in walking from Exeter Quay to Exmouth Seafront . The more people the better! Please join us and invite your friends and families too:)

7 years agoThe coordinator of Hope School in Bakod Village, where Louisa and Kirsten spent 3 months volunteering, has set up a monthly food bank to help families in the village who are in need. This photo shows the home of one of the families he's helped so far. It shows just how lucky and priveleged we are. We are hoping the walk on Sunday 30th July will raise money to send to the disadvantaged families of Bakod.
