The Cambridge Bipolar Support group has been running for more than 20 years and has helped hundreds of people with bipolar disorder, and their families and carers. We meet monthly for self help discussion meetings, plus quarterly for talks from health professionals.

We are part of the national charity BipolarUK, but we have to do our own fundraising in order to pay for the hire of our meeting rooms. This is my special Spring fundraiser!
