Story
The November Challenge and Dartmoor 100
The November Challenge was started by Captain Cymru to encourage families with children to excercise. Over the past few years, the challenge has seen thousands of children getting up and about during the month, raising a lot of money for a variety of charities.
The Beast requires athltes to run 465 miles in the month of November - adding an extra mile a day. This culminates in the final week running 189 miles; 24,25,26,27,28,29 and 30 miles a day! Only 10 people have ever finished the challenge since 2015.
Matthew is aiming to complete the Beast for an unprecedented 5th time. In addition to this, he will be attempting his first 100 mile run in Dartmoor the following February.
