We are hoping to raise funds to upgrade our local park. The park will be inclusive for all and will target all ages. We want the park to become a real hub of our community and a safe place for our kids to meet and play. The work that will take place will be resurfacing of the whole park with brand new equipment aswell as a picnic area that will cost in the region of £85,000. At present our park is very limited and is getting to a point where it will not be fit for purpose. The council have no funds to help us with this so we are doing this as a community. We are already applying to funders for grants to contribute to the developments but we will very much need donations to help us reach our target. As a community we are organising fundraising events and we hope this page provides easy access to anyone who would like to donate. Any donation will be greatly appreciated!
