Story
Farr Primary and Nursery School is a small rural school in the Highlands. Although the children have a great large space to play in there is no play equipment within the playground. We are trying to raise enough to purchase a wooden tree house for the early level children and a wooden activity climbing frame for the older children.
To raise funds towards this Matthew, a 7 year old pupil and his Dad are undertaking a 90 mile sponsored cycle ride in April from Berwick to Newcastle over 3 days.

7 years agoDay2 has not quite gone to plan as unfortunately Neil was knocked off his bike just before lynch. After a trip to the bike shop and a new wheel later they were on their way again. So a few miles less today than planned but we are all safe at the hotel and off foe a well deserved dinner and drinks before the final day tomorrow. Hopefully a less traumatic day for the cyclists and the road crew.
