Women's birth experiences stay with them for a lifetime and I am raising funds for our local maternity unit at Warrington Hospital to give the department a much needed makeover. Our campaign is very aptly called 'Delivering the Future'.

As a midwife I am really passionate about making the stay in hospital for women and their families as welcoming, comfortable and homely as possible. I also love rollerskating and do that in my spare time to keep fit and de-stress - so I've decided to combine the two to raise funds and need your support!

On the 24th September, I am making the 18km journey between Halton Hospital and Warrington Hospital entirely on rollerskates. Please support my efforts by donating as much or as little as you can to help me achieve my goal.
