I have set up a fundraising page for my brother andre simms who is suffering from a terminal illness gist liver cancer and need support in raising funds for his ongoing treatment in london as hes clinical trials is vital he gets this treatment to proglong his life expectancy as the trials seem to helping and is vital he can get to london for his treatment
