We are continuing to provide the tried and trusted Changes 12 Steps to Mental Health Recovery program. Many people in the community do not meet the criteria or qualify for statutory services support for mental health, even if they do they are often subject to long waiting times before support becomes available.
At Changes Tamworth we provide instant access to those that join us and it is this timely intervention that can help people to get back on track with their mental health and avoid further decline.
