Hey, my name is Migle. Me and my friend Ilona would like to raise some money for Parkinson's Early Onset Southampton Branch. The Solent Early Onset Branch of Parkinson's UK in Southampton provides services and support to younger people with Parkinson's, their families and carers. Charity support makes real difference to people affected by Parkinson's. It gives them opportunities to meet and socialize by taking part in exercise classes, regular events and social activities.

It is our last year at Southampton Solent University. We had a chance to meet and train one sincere lady Mary Shorter. Lady, who would never give up on being physically strong, healthy and supportive.
Before we met Mary we had an interview in preparation for training at her work place. Mary is currently running classes with another supportive young lady by doing some activities to improve the lives of people affected by Parkinson's disease in memory of her husband, who died from Parkinson's. As we personally have never noticed how does Parkinson's disease can affect humans body - there was a realistic explanation. Mary let us to stay and see how people exercising , depending on their abilities, who can do more or less. The people we did see in the class was with different stages starting from stage 1 to till stage 4/5. Mary loves and enjoys working with people she knows them for a long time and happy to see them returning every week with a willingness to improve their life's.
We truly believe that if all of us will come together even with a little help we can change their life's.
On a 23rd of April 2017 we both will be participating in ABP 10k Southampton Marathon and supporting Parkinson's Early Onset Southampton Branch for them to able to continue its fantastic work.
