Hello

My name is Charley I was 4yrs old on the 30th April, it's difficult for people buying presents for me with my disability as I have cerebral palsy. If I could have a wish for my birthday it would be to go to America to get stem cell treatment to help me , that would be the best birthday present ever .

I can't walk or talk or chew my food. I can bum shuffle on the floor though and play with my toys. I have a good sense of humour and make people laugh. I love music, nursery rhymes, CBeebies and can be a little cheeky at times. I can't do anything for myself and need round the clock care my nan even sits up all night and has to watch me on a camera my seizures are very complex I'm on red alert at my local hospital which I think is pretty cool

My daddy is in heaven he's there looking down on me I just can't

see him, at least that's what nanny says I live with her now and

she takes very good care of me .

When I was born the doctors said I will never walk or talk. They said I would be blind and deaf but I can see a little, I can hear, stand and walk a very short way if someone holds me up, as I cannot balance, I'm trying really hard though.

I suffer with life threatening seizures too but I'm coping .

I really need to go to California to see this doctor who could give me treatment called stem cells.

The stem cells grow and make more stem cells you see my brain has parts that are empty and the stem cells make more stem cells and help fill in the empty parts then I would have a nearly normal brain like everyone else

This would help me to walk and talk and maybe even eat normal food. Hopefully do lots of other things like all the other Kids do in my nursery.

This is not available in the uk, but it will cost me £25,000 that I do not have.

But I could raise it with all your kind help and support.
