Hi... I'm Charlie, I'm fourteen years old and I'm on a fundraising mission !

My target is £3,700 and this will enable me to go on a once in a lifetime expedition to Kenya in 2018.
I will be going as a volunteer at a Camps International project where our aim is to have a life changing impact on the local community.
At any one time there are over 100 humanitarian projects being undertaken by students across these camps.

Africa has 60% of the population living in poverty. We will be able to make huge differences by getting involved with projects which could include - building housing, education, food & water security, healthcare, sanitation, environmental protection and much more !

We will stay at a number of camps during the trip. Each camp is in the heart of the communities and wildlife reserves where we will stay with the local people, I've heard they love a game of football !!

By taking part in this expedition not only will I be challenging myself to undertake life-enhancing projects but it will also help me to invest in my personal development whilst growing in self confidence and getting me ready to go out to work and earn a living...
Not to mention four weeks without a mobile phone, WIFI, or TV !!!!!!!!

This is a massive opportunity for me and and I'm grateful to Hedingham School for giving me this chance.
I really appreciate any support you can offer, even if it is not financial.
