Iʼve raised £3,780 to help chris get stem cell treatment
- Funded on Thursday, 2nd March 2017
Don't have time to donate right now?
Story
Chris may frustrate the hell out of me at times but he is not only my husband but my best friend and he is going through something I cannot even begin to imagine how hard to deal with on a daily basis.
The treatment is 15,000 so anything raised will make a massive difference
We are taking ‘a leap of faith’ but the alternative is to do nothing and watch him deteriorate before our eyes. We are going for stem cell treatment before Chris can no longer walk due to the effects of his primary progressive MS, even if the stem cells could halt the disease where it is it would mean he could continue to work and function and we feel we just have to try.
If any of our friends and family would like to donate anything towards the treatment cost it would take the pressure off my dad and my step mum who are kindly paying anything we cannot raise. I understand those of you who do not want to donate or can’t as there are so many people asking for money all the time for amazing causes and you cannot help them all so please no pressure but to those of you who do help thank you so much it is more than appreciated!
