I thought I would challenge myself this year and decided to take on climbing the Pen y Fan mountain in Wales on either the 29th or 30th of April depending. Nothing too strenuous, only a mere 886 metres with it being the highest peak in South Wales. I want to raise money for Windle Court Care Home in South Woodham Ferrers where my dear mother in law is being cared for by this wonderful home, I am being joined on this trek by family members, being my youngest daughter, my nephew, his partner and his youngest daughter. We are hoping to raise enough money to buy a Digital Rainbow Table for all the residents to use and also to show our appreciation for the wonderful staff at the home.
