My mum is the most kindest selfless person I've ever known. She has always put others before her self and tries to keep everyone happy. Last year she was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer and was told without chemo she would have months left to life and with chemo and radiotherapy she would have around a year. She's done so well to fight it and stay strong. After she had finished her chemo yesterday she wanted to treat herself so she went to Kingsgate shopping centre. When she was in cardfactory someone stole her purse from her bag and it contained all the money my mum has (£40) and more importantly her last remaining photos of her mum and aunty that passed away. It's nearly Christmas and I hate to see my mum struggle. She doesn't have much and I really need everyone's help and support to keep a smile on her face because she deserves it so much. It breaks my heart that I won't be able to obtain her photos of family but hopefully I can help her find the money that was taken. Thankyou to everyone for taking the time to read my mums story <3
