Story
The Crosfields under 9 rugby league team is going on a rugby tour to Australia in October 2017. Harry is a member of the team so I'm trying to raise sponsorship to help support the costs of the team and their coaches who are all volunteers. This is a fantastic opportunity for the team, they will be representing Warrington by playing rugby matches against a local Sydney club and will get to support the England team during the World Cup.
In order to help with the fund-raising I'm running the English Half Marathon on September 18th, followed by the Chester Metric Marathon on 2nd October. I hope you'll be able to sponsor me and support the team.

8 years agoGreat run at EHM, took the first half steady up the hill at Broad Lane but the. Was flying back into Warrington. Amazing day with 10% runners from WRC and the best club photo ever! Time was 2 hrs 12 mins which was way faster than I could have ever imagined 😃 Resting for a couple of days before training starts for the metric marathon in 2 weeks 😁

8 years agoRan 5 miles round the hilly section of the EHM course this morning followed by Park run with Kieran. Despite running 8 miles in total I got my fastest parkrun time ever, helped by stalking a couple of ladies who were running at a good pace. Still got my knee strapped up but it's definitely helping to keep me running pain free! Thanks to everyone who's supported me so far xxx
