Pimlico Puffins swimming club is a voluntary organisation run entirely by helpers. The club welcomes people with physical and learning disabilities who want to learn to swim, improve their swimming or simply to have fun and gain confidence in the water. As a swimming club run by volunteers, the club relies entirely on generous donations from supporters.

Peter Dry (the cousin of one of our swimmers) is running the London marathon to support the Pimlico Puffins.

The club needs £1600 to cover the annual cost of the bus, which picks the most vulnerable swimmers up from their homes and brings them to the pool. Without it they would not be able to swim.

Over the past few years the local council has been unable to provide the same level of financial support as previously - we really need your help to continue making a difference to disabled people's lives.
