My mother is a wonderful person and kind hearted person. My mother's name is Jeanette and she lives in Newark. She is sadly in the last stages of Multiple Sclerosis. She is unable to weight bare, she is wheel chair bound and is unable to complete any daily activity by herself. She also now has poor memory and is easily confused. She has care at home and she is mostly housebound due to the complications of her condition.

We would require the hire of a large disabled access vehicle for 2 days. (My mum uses a large Electric padded supported wheel chair)
Petrol for the vehicle.
We would require the hire of 2 carers for the day.
Money for small treats at the seaside for my mother.

We are planning to take Mum in the Summer. My mum means alot to me and I am not sure how long left I will have her for.
I am also disabled and I am currently unable to work, therefore I would be very grateful if anyone could help us to make my mum a very happy lady for a day?
