My brother Carl Lewis has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour.

Carl will be undergoing surgery and treatment at the University Hospital of Wales next week therefore I am hoping to raise money to help with any travelling expenses.

Unfortunately Carl is no longer able to work or drive amongst other things and Steph has taken time off from work to care for him as well as their two young children Brooke and Arron.

This has all happened quite suddenly and therefore we would appreciate any support to enable both Steph and our parents to support Carl with his treatment.
