    Story

This amazing , wonderful and caring friend Clare who has Hypermobile Ehler Danlos like me .
Who is an amazing friend who has gone through a tough time with her health and now her eletric power chair is too big for her , cumbersum and no longer suits her needs as her Hypermobile Ehler Danlos progress .
She is a full time wheelchair user with an amazing canine partner by her side.
Am fundraising for Clare to purchase an all purpose rise and fall power chair that will allow her to indepently go out to socialise , when shopping the riser on the power chair means she can reach the high shelves her self and not ask for help weather at home or out and about .
The power chair is the Quantum ilevel which grows with the user as the condition gradually detorites her health.
    Thank you

To say the least I am very sadden to learn that wheelchair services voucher scheme cannot be used towards the Quantum ilevel electric chair and Clare now faces having the electric power chair that wheel chair services wanted her to have a Salsa Mid wheel drive which does not meet her requirements as she is to tall for the chair and the chair is too low down which means more joint dislocations and her PegJ into her intestines will be jarred whislt in the chair . Please please help me get the Quantum ilevel for my dear friend.

So lovely to hear from Clare that today she test drived a Quantum ilevel power chair with her assistance dog by her side . She was sat upright for the first time which has not done for a long time . Also managed to have her fed bag by the side of her and not behind her back on the power chair which makes a massive difference as it means she does not need some one to help her lift the fed bag of the back of the power chair as it is by her side she will be able to do this herself . This power chair is essential.

I was at school with Clare and remember her slow decline in health. She's such a genuine, kind-hearted and strong woman who's put up with some really horrible times. Just a small token of support xx
