Abi Hudd found her cat in a distressed state yesterday evening. He was limping and seemed to have a burn mark above his eye.
On taking him to a vets in St Austell today it is believed by the staff on duty that this was a deliberate act of cruelty.
As a cat lover myself I was appalled.
Abi can not afford the vet bill herself . Sadly he was not insured and the vets will not release poor Odin until payment is made in full.
I was hoping the kind villagers of Grampound Road could see their way to helping to pay this bill so Abi and her little boy can be reunited with her precious cat.
UPDATE
Odin is staying at Abi's mum's to rest, confined to a baby travel cot in order to give his injuries a chance to heal. Abi now has a debt to repay to her mum which she can ill afford so if anyone feels they could help it would be much appreciated. Many Thanks 😻😻😻
