During the month of June members of Connie's Weight Watchers will be striding out to achieve 1083 miles in total - the equivalent distance of Lands End to John O'Groats raising money for Hospice at Home Volunteers as they go.

The group have chosen to support this charity in 2018 and are holding a number of charity fundraising events throughout the year.

Your donation will go towards supporting the volunteers when they visit patients in their own homes offering a friendly face, a conversation or an hour for carers to takexa break. Often the volunteers could be the only people the patient sees each week. Volunteers play a huge part in what is often a very difficult time in someones illness.
