So 2016 was a bad year for me which resulted in me being off work for 4 months with stress. I'm not afraid to admit that for the first time in my life I felt helpless and I really struggled.

Various things happened at work but finding out my dad had prostate cancer really knocked me for six. My father inlaw has also had it within the last 2 years and both have recently been given the all clear.

The stress of it all that was going on in my life caused me to stop everything socialising, going to the gym and just enjoying life.

I have come out the other side weighing 126kg just short of 20 stone in old money which is also getting me down.

My aim is to use the motivation of raising money for a great cause to lose weight and get back down to 17 stone.

I've sponsored many people over the years and would be so grateful if you could find it in yourself to sponsor me and help me raise some money and also inspire me to finally get my health and weight back to where it should be I would be very grateful..
