    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

    Dear All

As you may be aware Craig Jesson has been working with us for the last 6 months and was involved in a serious cycle accident on his way to work that has now left him paralysed for the waist down.

Craig is undertaking a PhD in Chemistry at the University of Sheffield which is being sponsored by GEO. He is researching new polymer technologies, using a number of GEO monomers (GMMA, IPGMA etc). As part of his PhD, Craig undertook a 6 month placement at the GEO Hythe site. In Hythe, he worked on developing a new process for the production of poly-GMMA – a polymer solution with huge potential in cleaning applications.

Craig has decided to continue with his PHD and is recovering from his other injuries, we all wish him well for the future.

We have set up the crowd funding page for Craig in the hope of raising some funds for Craig to help with his life changing situation
