Hi guys. Happy bank holiday weekend. Summer weather's made me think about courtyard lounging. I noticed the tables we have are broken or rotting; not a particularly pleasant experience at the moment. I spoke with Phil, who said that replacement is outside R + R's purview and up to residents. I thought we could crowdfund a new table/bench combo for us all to enjoy. I am thinking something which looks nice but not so nice that it'll get nicked; and something that's more difficult to break or nick!

...including delivery, it'll be £170. This site also charges 5% service fee and 3% for payments, so I amended the total to £185.

If, for whatever reason, we don't get a table (e.g. if someone finds a free one on Freecycle), I will return all funds to contributors.
