£338raised of £200 target by 12 supporters

Weʼre raising £200 to provide help and support on victims of burgalries such as local independent businesses - help them towards the costs of damage and theft.

What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Story

As you all know, I run a local group on Facebook called Crosby & Waterloo Neighbourhood/Business Watch. As it is a community group and hearing of all the local burglaries and attempted break ins, this comes at a cost for the victims and I wanted to start a fund up where people can donate to so people can help those small independent businesses with the costs of the breakins and thefts so we can help and support each other in these times when people need it when everyone works so hard to earn a living and when these scumbags steal from hard working people when it is hard enough to make ends meet running businesses, etc.

Please support this crowdfunding page and make our community known for working together, supporting each other and keeping our shops/businesses open and keeping people in jobs! All money will be going to help those who have been victims of theft/burglary.

Thankyou so much to everyone who has donated so far! We've reached over the £200 target especially because somebody donated £100 so a big thankyou. Please spread the word about this fundraising page as we want to raise as much as we can to help businesses! Caz's Kitchen cost of their burglary is over £1000, so the more we raise, the more we can help :)

Great idea to set up a crowd running page, to support local businesses. Terrible to see so many burgularies in the area.
