I am hoping to raise £2000 for the great charity that is Birmingham Children's Hospital by taking part and completing a 12k endurance assault course in October 16.

I will also be taking part and completing the JST 1000 press ups, 1000 sit ups and 1000 squats in 1 hour challenge in November 16.

In December 16, I will be climbing Mount Snowdon.
