Dear friends, we have been confirmed today that my daughter needs to be at Evelina London Children's Hospital on the 5th of January 2017...as many of you are aware we have major financial difficulties due to our children's health, so having to go to London is going to be an absolute nightmare!! my kind message to you is, if anyone knows of any organized charity that could help us in anyway to make this hospital visit a possibility for my daughter Shania, i would be more than grateful....thank you for your time in reading this, kind regards, Andy and Family
