Why is this important!?

It is important because it saved me.

It is my coping strategy when I am struggling. I have always enjoyed writing, there is something satisfying taking time out and putting pen to paper. Thoughts, feelings and emotions. Getting it out of my mind and into a tangible form.

For someone disabled by war and suffering with ptsd and anxiety to name a few, I have found that, for me, writing helps.

My photo is from a project by 'As One Theatre Company'.

The journal that I wrote in times of war (in collaboration with others over a 100 year period) was turned into a facinating play by the writer Stephanie Dale.

Through this experience I started thinking about getting my very own story out there. A story of troubles and adventures.

Now, I have a manuscript and an offer on the table to publish, there is just ONE hurdle left.

Paying the company to take my manuscript to the next level.

Please help me continue this journey and help fund my book being published.
