As I've just won a place on the public side for the Peterborough vs cancer charity football match I've decided I need to make the effort and get into some sort of shape. People who remember the last time I started to try and loose weight I did quite well but didn't see it through. So this time I've decided to do a charity weight loss so I have a big goal to aim at.

I'm currently sitting at 20st 6lbs. My target weight for the match will be to loose 5st which will put me at 15st 6lbs. Trust me I've not been that low since I was 10 years old 😂😂😂.

I'm obviously gonna need help with this challenge as I only have 4 and a half months to loose it. So I'm teaming up with my old personal trainer Jason goodale to help me pull it off.
