Story
Many of you know Dave Ward from Desborough. Sometimes known as 'B&Q Dave' or as the guy that helps anyone without a second thought. Dave's home unfortunately burnt very badly in the early hours of Sunday 27th May leaving Dave with very few, if any possessions.
Dave is also a much loved board member at the Desborough Services Club and we want beyond anything for the community to help such a lovely man to get back on his feet.

6 years agoWhat a fabulous response to this appeal! The target is very much in sight now but under JustGiving rules the page has to stay live for 30 days before it can be closed - so you will still be able to donate upto and including 26th June. Lets get well beyond the target for Dave! It's been truly inspiring watching the local community , work colleagues of Dave (some of which he hasn't worked with for years) and especially the fabulous "Services Family" get behind him, I know it has touched many people and I'm sure none more than Dave himself.
