David and Laura will be carrying out an adaption of the 5x50 challenge and will be running/ walking 320 miles over 100 days the equivalent of doing the challenge over 100 days. This will be to raise funds for Abedeen,s Neonatal unit at ARI who's continuing work to look after premature babies is amazing and for Strathbeg Ward at Royal Cornhill Hospitals therapeutic garden to upgrade the garden to make it more suitable for the patients to enjoy. David was also endeavour to complete most of the challenge wearing a 20 kg running weight
