The Foundation was set up in memory of Paul who tragically died through neglect and a misunderstanding of his needs whist in hospital. The Foundation educates hospital staff and supports individuals with learning disabilities whist in hospital, together with their families and carers to ensure that this situation is prevented from happening to other people.
