Story
I am a trainee Crew Member with the Humber Rescue. We are an independent Lifeboat Station operating on the Humber River. We are not part of the RNLI and all of our members are volunteers.
The Boathouse and crew rely and donations for the purchase and maintenance of equipment and kit.
I am doing the Sheffield 10 K run to raise enough funds to buy a dry suit to enable me to better operate on search and rescue missions.
Will be running at further events in the Yorkshire area.
I appreciate any donation, to help with missions on the River.
