Weʼve raised £1,110 to Walking from Loughborough to Nepal living in Tents and helping out for food along the way . to bring awareness to Baca

Story
My son Domenico and Alfie his friend are walking from Loughborough to Portsmouth then across to France and onwards to Asia to raise awareness of Baca a charity that makes a home for children who have come from war torn countries either because their parents have been killed or they were trafficked here and many other distressing circumstances . They will not have any money and will live off what ever they manage to find or have been donated along the way. They will need to buy food at some points when the going gets really tough. They will work for people for free for food sleep rough as they have done for the first four days . Any little change you could spare so they can get essentials would be gratefully received, you can follow their journey on Facebook . long walk home and donate money direct to the charity from that page. This page is for survival donations. I hope you can help .

7 years agoThe boys are not far off a two day rest . They have been in the road for over six weeks and have made their way down through France to Switzerland . The kindness they have found along the way deserves a big salute to the French people . They wish to Thank everyone who supports them by following their journey and those who have donated .

7 years agoOver the last few days the Boys have had the luxury of being chateau and been treated very kindly by a lovely lady who let them camp in her garden. The last two days there has been no lucky breaks just road and road with no people or shops . The Loughborough Echo wrote an article and made front page so hopefully people wider spread will.be made aware of the mission in hand . Please continue to share and follow .
