Weʼve raised £2,075 to help my big brother

    Story

This is me and my big brother, Ian from when we were kids. (He’s on the left!). Ever since we were little, he’s always been around for me when I needed some help. From dealing with bullies to fixing my cars! So now I’d like to do something for him.

As some of you may know, he’s been having major back problems for over a year now. He can no longer work, and lost a job because of it.

But even after a year of consultations with the NHS, his case is not deemed a ‘priority’. Even though he can no longer work. He’s a highly skilled mechanic and engineer, work he simply can no longer undertake in his current situation.

It’s now completely affecting his standard of living, he‘s barely able to do anything, and it’s simply not fair that someone who has worked hard all his life, paid his national insurance and tax for 25 years is receiving no help at all from the NHS.

So he now has no choice but to go down the private medical route. Which he simply cannot afford because he’s unable to work.

Any contribution towards his treatment, in helping him get his life back on track again, and back into work, would be genuinely appreciated.

    Thank you, Dave.

A HUGE thank you to all our wonderful friends and family who have sent love, messages and support for Ian’s recovery. After 20 years of back problems, zapped into the last 10 months of challenges and more pain, no NHS funding or answers, we finally venture on a journey of hopeful recovery. Next Thursday 21st Dec, he’s booked into having an epidural transforaminal and many facet joint injections. Thank you everyone, for your love and support and messages. Looking now to the future recovery and a pain-free Christmas, & onwards. 💕🙏 🎄🎁 🎉🎄
