As some of you know Dave was once a bouncy cheeky boy, who loved his walks in the woods with his friends, swim in the lakes in the summer and a yearly visit to his nan is Dorset and the sea!!

Well back in January he had a ruptured disc which paralysed him. It was all very traumatic with a dash to the vets as he was limping and being carried out of the vets as he couldnt walk.. it was that quick! Next day dash round the M25 to Hertfordshire and the RVC Hospital where they immediately operated on him to remove the debris which was crushing his spinal cord. As you can imagine i was beside myself!! He is my world my!

Anyway to cut a long story short, while at the RVC he never gained the ability to stand or walk and they said that he only has a 5% chance of ever gaining movement in his back legs. He looked at me and i knew he was determined to prove them wrong.

He has been having Hydrotherapy and physiotherapy and also the use of a Kerdog! 3 lots of amazing therapy which has proved amazing as he is almost standing and he kicks you when he wants too and you get that waggy tail. He is still as cheeky and loves his therapies. Just now we are in great need of assistance as these therapies are expensive. We love our boy and we know he wants to keep trying so we just cant give up on him.. can you help him too to stand and walk?
