I'm honoured and chuffed to have been selected to represent England at the 2017 Taekwondo European Championships - for gold veteran (50 to 59yrs) individual 4th dan patterns and -80kg sparring - who would have thought it? The old man has some life in him yet.

Please help me on this journey, in any way big or small, every bit matters! Thank you for your support.
