Dorset Abilities Group is a day service for people with disabilities and additional needs.

We provide lots of projects and activities for our group members who attend our service.

These include;

* Cooking School
* Social Group
* Arts & Crafts
* Sports Group
* Football Club
* Social & Horticulture
* Cinema Club
* Tuck by Truck
* Book Club
* Regular Discos

To support the large intake of new group members (that have joined our service since we moved into our new premises) and to suppprt the expected further increase throughout the rest of this year, we are in urgent need of a minibus to help us meet the demand.

An integral part of our service is the variety of fun and meaningful experiences within the community we have been able to offer so far, however we can only continue to provide these much valued experiences if we are equipped with enough transport.

A mini bus would enable us to continue to offer an exciting range of opportunities for our group members to get out and about and attend sporting and social activities within the community, plus visits to a wide range of destinations throughout their time at Dorset Abilities Group.

We hope to raise funds via this crowdfunding page to put towards a mini bus as well as hosting a variety of fun fundraising events throughout the rest of the year - we'll keep you posted with the details.
